What is Spinocerebellar Ataxia?

Spinocerebellar Ataxia (SCA) is a group of inherited neurological disorders that affect the cerebellum — the part of the brain that controls balance, coordination and movement. SCA can lead to progressive loss of coordination, balance and fine motor skills, impacting daily life.

Our Mission:

To raise awareness, fund research and provide support for those living with Spinocerebellar Ataxia.
